The investment amount in the first phase (wet wipes) is 35.909 million yuan, and the investment amount in the second phase (toothbrushes) is 19.091 million yuan. The company will implement the construction of the Vietnam production base in phases according to specific conditions such as market demand and business development. To this end, the company held a board meeting to review and approve the "Proposal on Foreign Investment and Construction of Vietnam Production Base Projects" and authorized the company's management to handle specific business and sign relevant investment agreements.
