Release paper---An isolation layer of sanitary napkins
When using sanitary napkins, the paper torn off is the release paper. Release paper is a compound coated with silicone oil for isolation.
Release paper is a kind of anti-stick paper to prevent the prepreg from sticking and to protect the prepreg from contamination. Anti-stick paper, also known as isolation paper or silicone oil paper. Composed of three layers, the first layer is bottom paper. The second layer is coating film (domestic general use polyethylene (PE) particles for coating). The third layer is silicone oil.
Release paper can be used in electronics, car foam, printing, food, medical and so on. In most cases, it is used with adhesive materials, such as tape. Release paper is usually used for products that use tape. It usually needs to be stripped and thrown away when used. Now the release paper is widely used, it is mainly the carrier of tape or adhesive products.
The release paper should meet the following conditions:
1. Can stick to the prepreg, but easy to separate the release paper and the prepreg.
2. Couldn’t pollute the resin system or have chemical reaction with the resin system.
3. The length and width of release paper remain unchanged under the change of temperature and humidity, so as not to cause wrinkling of release paper and wrinkling of prepreg material.
4. With enough density can prevent water from entering into the prepreg.
5. The elongation of the release paper after traction should be consistent with the fiber to prevent deformation or distortion of the prepreg in the preparation process.
6. Its thickness and unit area quality is not easy to accurately control.
7. Release paper is made of paper coated with anti-stick material, its model should be differentiated according to the material, thickness, elongation, single and double side.
