Stitch-bonded non-woven fabric (Also known as Lixin cloth) is a dry non-woven fabric, the raw material selection of high-quality plastic bottle sheet, through processing to form RECYCLEDFIBER(recycled material chemical fiber). Then through the non-woven process of sewing method, the use of 80%-95% recycled polyester staple fiber and 5%-20% high-quality polyester filament warp knitting coil structure of fiber mesh, yarn layer, non-textile materials (such as plastic sheet, plastic thin metal foil, etc.) to strengthen their combination to make RECYCLEDPET non-woven fabric.
The tension of stitch-bonded non-woven fabric is very good, wear-resistant, but the feel and comfort are poor, and it is used in the upper of leather bags.
